PA registration

thinking of putting together an Exo car from the pieces of my rear-ended Subaru.

Anyone here have any luck registering such a vehicle in Pennsylvania ?

I think pa requires bumpers and a screen. My DMV were helpful in providing a list of requirements for Nj.

you need to title it as a specially built car

you will need lights,fenders,windshield,wipere ect
the best part is you need a defroster, even if it is topless

you need to take the car to a enhanced inspection station for the title process.

I got by without a defroster but did need to install "bumpers". They fell off shortly after registration. Process takes from 6 to 12 weeks.

Read the PACode and fill out the forms. Find an "enhanced" inspection mechanic and talk to him prior to completing the car.
