I was wondering about the air that enters into the front / radiator how does exit? Looking at the pictures below at the fly screen bottom / edge of the hood an exit screen, it is in perfect spot as to not disrupt the body lines.

Good job Stuart.

You could use it as a nice foot warmer as well as the radiator heats up the air that passes through it. :)

not that fun in the summer. In the winter it helps so little it is like a tease. Like peeing after you fell into a frozen pond.

I'll admit it, I drink coffee but I like latte's too. If I can possibly put heated seats in the Sonic, I'll probably do it.

Better to go with the heated motorcycle suits.

I was looking at the stuff from www.seatcomfort.com. I saw them at SEMA, and they not only have seat heaters but also seat coolers too, which would be nice out here in Southern California. Frankly, I doubt there's enough room in a sport seat for the cooling system, but there are times early in the morning or after the sun has gone down where a seat heater would come in handy. Plus, the weight is not an issue.

Haha, seat massager? I think you just need to take the balance shafts out of the engine like I did. Feels pretty good at 3000 rpm

Seriously though, I've driven in 10F for a good 3 hours in a full length gortex motorcycle suit with several layers, balaclava and helmet and your butt is the least cold part of you. With the windchill of highway speeds that's -20F and I froze.

You need the heat applied to the exposed parts like your hands, arms and chest/neck.

I think you're right. I just hope I never get caught out in that kind of weather. :)
