its definitely bling-ish - but I like the concept of updating the visuals on the engine bits

Looks great but for all that nonsense you could put a turbo on with no intercooler or engine mods and with a paltry 4 - 5 lbs boost go faster for a 1/4 the price and still drive daily for 200,000 miles.

Personally I hate gold bling. It is THE COLOR of people with bad taste and gaudy, decadent leanings who want to look rich around here. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Chrome silver or anything else I would have much less of a problem with.

Thanks for the replies guys. I was just interested in hearing what people thought about it. I figured that most people would either hate it or love it.

Personally, I think it looks great. Maybe I'm just vain. ITB's are of course expensive, but I'm sure you could get parts gold plated for very cheap.

I also think that it would take a certain car to pull this off. Maybe an all-black car with gold accents. It would probably also have to be much more of a show-car than a go-car.
