We have been having that for some time here now.... At first the Cops thought it was the perfect way to slap you with a stiff fine whenever they felt like it.... did not last long though, since they (the cops) apparently did not realize that a cell phone actually leaves an irrefutable electronic paper trail that will stand in court.
