I've ordered the kit. And have the R1 in the garage and in the process of extracting the engine and swing-arm.

The kit is not expected before November so lots of time to accumulate parts and make the engine, which is totally exposed, look real pretty.

According to the US distributer, Contemporary Automotive, I'm the first one in the US of A.

That video is great. Very professional looking. Good luck with the build! Let us know how things are progressing. The reverse trikes are really cool. I think you will love it.

Took longer than I expected but the tR1ke has shipped. Have no idea how long it will take to get from the UK to the US.

It's sitting on 3 wheels and the engine runs. At the moment sorting out the wiring which has turned out to be a pain as the wire colors are different from the official circuit diagram from Yamaha.
Got to fab up a bracket for the shifter and the clutch and then those will be done.
Put in the seats and take her for a test drive.
All that doesn't sound like much but it'll take me a while as nothing goes fast around here what with work and keeping the family happy.
I'll try and get some pictures up later.
