SLR & Atom Shifter location

I really like the shifter location of the SLR over the Atom. The shifter to wheel hand movement is less. Seem like a basic thing, but important in my mind.
I am not slamming the Atom just noting some differences :)

I agree about 'shifter' location, the V Storm is even closer to the steering wheel, see Pic for details, sorry about the fuzzy image, it was very cold when I went on the test day, but I was warm enough to sign the cheque, yup, I'm buying one! The selector action is forward for 'up', logical and quick when driving.
(PS the 'shifter' box is a working prototype, it's going to look prettier and be slightly further to the left of the steering wheel to allow sufficient gap between the two when driving with gloves, one of the things we commented on during the test day)
