Thats a heavy hit, hope no passenger. I wonder if the top tube snapped or was cut away (indicating a hurt passenger sorry to say).

from what is written there, it seems like the driver was wearing a helmet, and that he was able to get out of the car, by himself, he was injured though.

no mention of a passenger ...

That's an old one. first crash I ever heard about. Driver had a broken leg after taking the lightpost side ways. That picture is from the other side that they cut out.

As in the other thread where were were talking about strength of the frame, I think it held up well given the nature of the crash.
