So I got into a long winded debate with a friend of mine over the most suitable FWD motor/trans combination to get to 300-350hp and it came down to:
A) Ecotec LNF motors with F35 or F40 trans
B) Mazdaspeed3 motor/trans
C) A HEAVILY modified K-series motor/trans
I would love to get some 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions on what would be the best balance between easy, reliable and cheap when it comes to 300-350hp FWD options.
