Boy, if POOK isn't posting pics or in the middle of a build there isn't much going on in this forum. I sometimes post topics or questions just to see if there is still a heart beat. I think 2 people responding is about the most. Here goes another. Does anyone know if there is a site for guys who like to work in the garage and build their own tubular chassis cars? I just don't feel comfortable asking alot of the questions that I need answers to do to the fact that the guys that can give me dimensions/info are in buisness selling what I am trying to build. I have spoke to both Pook and Fran on the phone and have the upmost respect for both. It just so happens that I need another car like I need a hole in the head. I just like to tinker in the garage, and winter(prime tinker weather) is coming.:coolnana:

Yep JonW is right, Exocars.net is more for assemblers, LoCost is for fabrication DIYer's, But even there round tube cars and exo cars are "other".
BTW, they are use to seeing MANY MANY guy's who start but never finish (most just show a CAD or two and that's as far as they ever get).... so beware and have your I's dotted and T's crossed or they'll let you know about it. :awais:
That said there is a TON of Fab knowledge available on LoCost.
