design of an exocar from scratch

A relatively easy thing to engineer but what costs do people attribute to their build ie cost no object or build on a budget...this question puzzles me what makes a car cool to some people but not others...any thoughts on this

Very broad question, and i can only answer from my experience. These cars are generally built within a relatively small budget, comparable to other cars eg GT40 etc. However if cost were no object, mine would end up close to what i envisaged anyway, and thats still within a fairly restricted budget.

As far as "cool" well thats upto anybody's personal interpretation.
