Can explain the difference in design / evolution between the Neo and Thorax?

the Thorax is much bigger, length wise and width of the cabin wise. Front suspension cage is much much stiffer and v shaped.
The rear engine cage is almost 250mm longer. a Transaxled v6 engine should fit much easier in this frame, if need be. fuel tank capacity theoretical, almost 70l. Completely flat under-belly.
The only 2 curved tubes in it is the non-critical "bonnet-tubes". The rest is all straight tube, making for a much easier build and fabrication process. In short, it's completely different. Aimed more for the upper 400 to 600BHP kind of power figures.
Good information. Now I would like to see a finished product. :)

Remember that the product here, is actually the designs... :)
But indeed, I would much much rather be able to have a real frame to show for all this pretty pictures...

Is it possible to get the original Neo (sloping) design in CAD but in long version?

Indeed yes.... I will put some effort into designing a version that still uses the curved main tubes. wheel base and tract will not change and will be 2588mm and 1735mm
do you know of where I can get a cad representation of a chevy V8 and it's transaxle gearbox. I would love to stretch the engine bay such that a smallblock would also be able to go in with ease.... The thorax as is now, I think is a tad bit tight for a v8. a v6 sould be no problem though...
